It easy Glyn. Just click on the 4th window down on the Photo bucket list. When you click on it, a yellow box will appear and says "Copied".
Now when you are constructing your post on CC, just do a left mouse click and select PASTE.
Just like this ..... here is your poster ...
I usually open two IE windows ... one where the picture is located and the second window is the CC post window.

Open the file in "Paint" and use the "brush" to eraser some of the swear word. Then resave it to {hotoBucket and repost. I've done that two two so far.
