OK, now as far as I am concerned, the 1 new piece of information I got out of that article ends the debate. He came to the US when he was 3. He does not even remember Mexico and he grew up in our laws and our system. This is a ploy to get out of being executed and nothing else.

I'll always remember a debate regarding the death penalty during class in college. The professor took both sides, challenging anybody opinion.

But his best comment was to a student that said that the death penalty was not a deterrent to crime.

The professor's reply was "The death penalty is definitely a deterrent to any future crimes for the bastard they fry!" Half of the class went nuts with applause! :LOL::LOL:
