Default Snow Machine? Snow Mobile?

I understand from the next VP that there is a difference between a snow machine and a snow mobile. Before I get grilled by some dumo azz bile spitting democrat, can somebody enlighten me? Please?

It all depends on where you grew up. In some regions (New England and Alaska,) they call them snowmachines; the rest of the country calls them snowmobiles.

A former coworker of mine had a wife from Alaska. He said people in Alaska use the term snowmachine instead of snowmobile.

Now the thing I use to get the snow off my driveway is either a snowthrower or snowblower.
