I read an article about that pic in the newspaper. It was taken in London. The guy is the smallest man in the world at 2 foot 5 inches. His name is "He Pingping" from Inner Mongolia. The girl is Svetlana Pankratova from Russia, and she is the Guiness World Record holder for the woman with the longest legs.

Her legs are 52 inches long! WOW!

Caption - Would someone please get me a high-chair?
