Jamo,
While I agree that libs are usually not correct, I also find that cons usually get it wrong as well. The only difference is that libs are brainwashed by the MSM into thinking that hey are correct while the cons manage to brainwash themselves.
I still have not decided which is worse...

Steve...do you recall our little discourse a few days ago? Do you not understand the phrase "it is a joke?"
Is there something in your genes which prevents you from allowing humor to stand free and clear from unnecessary seriousness?
You remind me of that female character on SNL that always screws up friendly chatter with some mundane and boring references to morbid stories.
Lighten up a notch or two.

Jamo,
I considered responding back the other day, but decided against it. When I use smileys I'm also joking. I'm a very sarcastic SOB, and I also have a very dry sense of humour - I get that you were joking, but you didn't get that I was...lighten up - or pay attention to the smileys...

What stuns, amazes and frightens me are the choices being made by the leadership and the electorate in our country, the United States. We’ve seen Europe go down the path of embittered moral senility with a pathetic Potemkin of false sophistication. We have our own opportunity to go down that road in America today. The tour guide is named Barack Obama, and his sales slogan is “Change You Can Believe In.”
It frightens me because Obama’s election could really amount to a massive game-changer. This game-changer would relegate America to being just another existential, post-modern, burned-out excuse of a nation. Under the leadership of a President Obama, we could become yet another worthless and risible nation staggering in search of a suitable place to die.

What stuns and amazes me is that you would not even have the decency to quote the author.

Unless, of course, it's you. Which I doubt, as the writing style is quite a bit different from what you usually post. So this counts as your one copy/paste for this thread, right?
