McCain adviser Nancy Pfotenhauer dismissed the Tax Policy Center’s conclusion that Sen. John McCain’s (R-AZ) tax plan would increase the deficit. Pfotenhauer argued that the center was a “liberal think tank” that did not analyze “the spending side” of McCain’s plan:

[We’ll] keep the growth rate in federal spending to about 2.4 percent. The Tax Policy Center is a liberal think tank run by former Clinton-ite Jason Furman, but set that aside. They don’t look at the spending side, they only look at the tax side.

I didn't see where you offered me evidence of DNC vote fraud. Perhaps I missed it. In case you did have one, look up James Tobin.

I suspect that the TPC estimated spending to be the same as this year, or they may have used a growth % equal to an average of the last 4 years. You don't give that information so it is impossible to determine if your quote is accurate or not.
It is possible, if McCain actually does manage to cut spending levels. I am pretty sure that Obama will not.
