Hell, after years and years in Congress and that is all they could cough up?
I've said this before, but you people are just too ignorant to catch the hint. Stop bashing Obama and start praising McCain. Haven't you figured out that people just get tired of hearing all the b.s., lies, and hearsay the few of you keep posting? You would think after McCain having been in Congress so long, you would need to post nothing but his accomplishments to get him elected. The election shouldn't be about who is the lesser of 2 eveils, it should be about who is the better candidate. So far, McCain ain't winning that battle!

It's simply really, but perhaps not for you - McCain is a well known entity with lots of accomplished, not perfect but a good man with experience and a love for America. Obama is an unknown entity with virtually no experience, questionable associations - doesn't really seem to love America, for sure wants to change America in ways that are strangely un-American, anti-Capitalist.
Bottomline - no one should have to seek your vote for McCain - seeming that you are an adult - you should by now know who to vote for, if you do not - you are part of the problem.

Fascinating. What evidence (no Palin flowery generalizations please) do you have to support the above? Subjectivity appears to be your forte, but perhaps an expansion in objectivity may provide some balance. The point is both have their pluses and minuses. What scares me is the ignorance of the American voter who knows who won Dancing with the Stars, but has no idea what their 401K is doing. There are voters that actually believe our taxes are going down in the future as a result of their "choice". These same people must believe that money grows on trees, in other countries, and is then air-dropped to Americans.
Imagine the response if one candidate said, "Sorry, but the reality is this: We are have badly overspent, and that debt has to be paid by you, or you can forget about all the nice things government provides”. And I’m not even going to talk about the woman that thought Obama was an Arab (kudos to McCain for taking the mike away from her and correcting her). Yep, we deserve everything we get.

Actually, I've lost interest in trying to convince anyone not to vote for Obama or to vote for McCain - anyone that has not made up their mind by now is a space cadet, possibly a space captain.
Either one is aligned with the basic Republican platform or the Democrat platform with 5% of each up for discussion, but not the entire base platform.
McCain isn't Bush, both parties have made a mess of things - but it gets back to party platform, big time in the next 4-8 years - to the right on McCain's side, to the far left on Obama's side - it's your call.

Sure, I know who to vote for, but many people do not, and all the idiotic ranting of the right-wingers sure drive them the opposite way.
Hey...have you looked at the poll results lately? McCain is losing. Your reverse psychology is really working. Obama's going to be elected. Thank yourself for this one!
