If the courts would let parents spank the little sheets. Allow the schools to have some kind of discipline. They would start paying attention. I know when my Dad said something. He had 120% of my attention....OR ELSE!

Same here. When my parents told me to do something it wasn't a request or would you please do this. Also school disclipline was more than they are allowed in most prisons now. Don't do your work and flunk the grade. Screw up and break a window and you are expelled for a few days, plus your parents have to pay for it and then you have to pay them.
