I look at tatoos like a favorite shirt. Would I want to wear it the rest of my life?

The answer to that is YES.

I have 4. Got them all back 20 years ago when I was young and dumb, but I still don't regret getting them.

I have a military Tattoo and like you I don't regret it. It means something personal for me...
