Wayne,

You are right. This is for the most part an English speaking site. Please put your posts in English instead of code.

Ron

As Fred would say, Ar-ar-ar-arrrrr.

"Beating" sailing close to the wind.
"Reaching" sailing off of the wind.
"Running" sailing straight down wind.

I'm sure that the rest is very clear.

Talking Haey Wayne,

Are you close to St. Hubert? During Expo 67, while sampling CClub underway, I took my HUGE Pontiac Station Wagon down the "UP" ramp near Montreal!!!!

Ar-ar-ar-ooooogle.

Heck, that was only 42 years ago! (?!)

Yikes!

I just went back and looked at all of the pictures he has posted so far. Beautiful and really makes me wish I could go there for a week or so. The weather really looked nice and Freddie looked in great shape.

Wayne,

All of my boating experiences on the ocean have consisted of days of throwing up. I am the worlds worst person when it comes to ships and the ocean. I have been out past the Golden Gate probably 10 to 15 times in my life and have never made it past the huge swells they have there before I get sick. On the way to Korea the Navy doctor told me that he had never seen anyone stay as sick as I did and even the shots didn't help. I lost over 50 pounds on that trip and I didn't have much to lose to start with. Now I could well afford to lose at least 65 pounds. Maybe I had best plan a trip back to the islands.

Freddie,

You look in great shape in this picture. Very nice scenery too.

Wink T'anks, Ronnie....

....I've lost aboot 50+ lbs. since the "Rub-a-Dub" pichahs (in me Gallery)!

That's the Iao Valley "Needle", on Maui, in the background. The pic's color looks to be a little "washed out". I've got better ones in the stash. Waiting for Janie to teach me how to extract them, clean 'em up, and then post them. Meanwhile, I'll go out and restack me wood-pile!

Ar-ar-ar-ar!

Freddie,

The pictures color isn't bad. It could be brought out a little better but that light misty looking background has an effect on the whole picture. Besides you show up great and that is the most important thing in the picture.

Wink "Thing" is right.

Freddie, I hope you immediately hunkered down into charging position and pawed the ground while snorting and bellowing loudly in her general direction.
