As for the 'guilty' ones - they are innocent until proven otherwise. Charge them with a crime and let them stand trial, or call them POWs and treat them accordingly. We do not have any other option allowed under the Constitution.

Looks like the cold up there is really starting to affect you. BTW, release them where? NOBODY wants them under any circumstance. How about your neighborhood? And these POCs have no rights under our Constitution other than those conferred by liberals.

Elevating them to a warrior status is a mistake, and only helps their cause.
No, I don't want them anywhere near me, and I didn't want my country to have any level of responsibility for them because of the problems it was going to cause in the long term.
You GOP types took 'em (and want to keep 'em) - you can all adopt one and pay for them out of your own pocket - I am not interested in paying for any more GOP stupidity. I wish GOP types would actually take some responsibility for their actions instead of trying to foist it of on others.

Yep, they did...with help from some GOP guys like Phil Gramm. And wasn't Gramm the guy who advised McCain - perhaps convincing him (and probably the rest of the out of touch GOP) that the fundamentals (like declining wages and job loss ) of the economy are strong right around the same time the market was busy imploding.
Perry, I like fishing, but it was so cold the last time I went all I caught were frozen fish sticks.

Take note if you see a 'bunch' of concrete trucks cruising around your neighborhood.

Acually the answer would be yes in my case. I live about 10 minutes from Camp Pendelton, and that is one of the places being talked about. Complete BS IMO.
