Will these idiots never learn that just letting one place buy the right to put more crap in the air is not going to help clean up the environment. Of course, Boxer, Fienstien, and Queen Pelosi are going to push their own ideas no matter who tells them they won't work and they have the French to look at and see just want a mess Boxer's idea would be.

Tru,

According to the article France has that already and the downturn in the economy has proven to be a disaster as they are selling the credits for anything they can get and as a result the heavy polluters are now dumping more than ever into the air. My contention is that if they really want to clean up the air, and I am all for that, then they have to make all of the places cut their emissions, not just distribute them around and keep dumping the same amounts or more into the air.
