Years ago on a work day in October, I had some kids toss a brick at me while I was traveling on the interstate below them (they were up on an overpass), swirved to miss the brick, but it distroyed my outside mirror.
I pulled off the highway to go get the little pricks, on the way I see a city cop in a gas station. I flag him down point directly at the kids (we can see them), and show him my mirror. The cop says he won't do anything becuase the kids parents don't care anyway, or else they would be in school.
That was his choice.
