I want to warn people from Nigeria, if you get any e-mails from Washington asking for money, it's a scam.

Let's get CdC to formulate a nifty e-mail to the Nigerians (and all those other tin-pot countries) emitting these scammeroos. Even if we only bilk them the transferable equivalent of a(n) (ab)used goat, if we suck enuff of 'em in, we're gonna be rolling in it*!
