Reminds me of Bob's Big Boy @ Blackstone & Shaw in Fresno on a Friday or Saturday night about 1966 or 67. OH...yeahhhh

You must be referring to Tubby's Drive-in, the set on Van Nuys Blvd that they built for the movie. We used to cruise Van Nuys on Wednesday nights, and when we saw the drive-in being built, we though how neat that was! But it was not to be!
