Eh eh, yeah, that could be why burgers are so darn high around here all right! Hawaii is not a business friendly state and the health insurance thing is the tip of the ice berg. But it's one place to start as far as a national program goes, I guess... Some of the employee health insurance plans here are really bad. Essentially "catastrophic care" only. If your in that kind of shape you will likely get layed off and loose your lousy insurance anyway!
I figured your quote, Scott, came from the extreme left wing. Like I said, right wingers don't have a lock on "stupid", there's plenty of it to go around. 
The Gov here just sent 1100 State employee lay off notices. Like many other States, were broke! I hear Alabama has layed off so many State workers the Sheriff is asking for the National Gaurd to help maintain law and order! Things are tough all over.
