I don't like the look of the "ricer" wing on the trunk. 
While I haven't looked at the NASCAR rule book, from what I understand the teams have virtually no room to innovate. Virtually every part on those cars is controlled by NASCAR. I would much prefer to see rules only set to govern safety factors as well as max displacement, min weight, height, width, length, aero standards, etc and let the teams find the winning combination.
