This just seems to fit in with this thread. Wonder if there will be a cash for clunkers for everything you own before they get through/

It takes more energy to make a new car than any car will ever burn in gas. So if you have a clunker, driving it ito the ground is the best thing for the environment regardless of the MPG. Getting a new Prius or hybrid is a great fashion statement though. I've also noticed that in general, Prius drivers are some of the most prone to road rage and rude driving.
