2015 Cruise being planned

Wanted to get some ideas from you on places to cruise. The Gateway Cobra Club and a few members from Texas plan to go to Deadwood, S.D. in July of 2015 and on the way back, we plan to go through Boulder to visit the Shelby museum there. We plan to arrive in Boulder on a Thursday and want to plan a cruise for Friday leaving out of Boulder. Looking at the map, it appears Estes Park is the obvious choice for making/planning a day cruise. Other ideas or thoughts on what not to miss while we are there? We plan to leave Saturday after visiting the Shelby museum.
