I just had my spf titled as a 65 ford(superformance)cobra replica. The rev. form you r talking of is for taxes I believe. Do not show them a bill of sale for your motor. Just say that you've had it for a year or 2 and you built it yourself. That way you avoid paying taxes on your motor.
