Default It's Here!

Yesterday at 5 AM Rich Lacy and his brother arrived with the Cobra and we rolled it into my garage. I have to admit I've sat in it more than once, but my neighbor's complaint of loud engine-like noises coming from my garage was totally unjustified!

I've added a couple of photos in the gallery.

Other than renting a storage unit, does anyone have a suggestion for storing the body for a couple of months?

Dick, It won't hurt it a bit to sit outside. I've let them sit for very long times without a problem. I usually set them on wood and through a tarp over it. In the summer I let them sit and bake!

I bet your neighbor heard you making Vroom, Vroom noises, and speed shifting like the formula 1 (remember that one?)

The problem with outside storage is that I don't have any outside!
It's not allowed where I live and at work our outside lot and the warehouse are both packed to the gills.

If your ceiling is it tall & strong enough you could rig up a sling system to hang it up above.

Dick, I have plenty of room here and at the farm. If you want to haul it up we can put it in the barn out of the weather.

Don,
Thanks for the offer. I just might have to take you up on that.
I could leave the body on when I pull the car up for the engine install.
