Summary
Couldn't have asked for a better day...
Drove up an hour after the public showing started (had to wait for a baby sitter). Parking lot was already full of classic cars outside the visitors entrance. Drove to the front of the lot, and someone waved me into the display area so I could park on the grass.
Tried to pay to display my car. They only accepted my admission money. And someone already uploaded a pic to the internet saying he thinks the cobra is a real one.
Took a picture with Wayne Carini from F40 Motorsports/Chasing Classic Cars. I grew up driving by his shop and drooling, now the man has his own show... funny.
Beautiful weather...
Overall, though, not the most inviting event (little description on the website, etc.), so I can see why there weren't any other cobras there.
