Forget countries, how apples to apples, how about state to state, maybe even winter to winter!!
OK New Hampshire for example, much worse winters and far better roads! |

Here in good old Australia.....Government fuel Excise is 38.143 cents PER LITRE + 10% of the final Retail price so typically our overall TAX component is 49 cents a LITRE

And the traffic count in NH? Population etc. Drive 5 trucks down the road, now drive 5000 ... as we say, move there if it is better  but we all want to be here.
