It's a great ride with scenic stops along the way and people are encouraged to drop in along the way. My wife and I joined the ride last year in the middle and only went a few stops until we peeled off and cruised the backroads for a couple of hundred miles on a beautiful day. A LOT of cobras and all sorts of others were in line and I remember all of us entering Gillette's Castle and a large group of Harley riders were there and watching all the biker chicks checking out the Cobras. You could see them saying WOW and look at the Cobras. They were very impressed and biker guys and gals both checked us all out and gave us respect. It's a great day for a great cause. We will both be there again this year. Enjoy!

I hear the same. Dress for it and we'll have a great time.

For cobra operators. I highly recommend a good hat but most of all a good ski style neck or Head sock. What a difference it makes when driving in cooler weather with tops down.

Looking forward to a nice ride and some pepes pizza for lunch..

Greetings to All,

A Rocky Start but a Strong Finish to the 7th Annual Rally Ride. With a showing of about 10 cars along with additional donations we raised $250.00.

The event coordinator's car aka me broke down during the first leg of the ride setting us back approx 2 hours.

With much thanks to the Korzon's Gary and Drew, Keith Houston, Paul Scirica, Peter Dahaime, along with friends on the phone getting their truck ready from Vintage Motorsports full of tools and parts, IT ALL WORKED OUT

The problem was a dead MSD Coil. Drew went to pick one up at the Orange Pep-boys, came back, installed it ,and got snake slithering again. The comrade of all car guys is just unsurpassed. Thank you all so much for your assistance and encouragement. I also found out that the Coil was made in "China" go figure, hope that wasn't the reason.

It was a pleasure not only to carry on to the Casino for my Pepe's pizza, But seeing all the people, cars and car owners awaiting at Gillette Castle got me choked up. And .....it SNOWED, What an eventful, and fun day after all. Ill save me relaxing for next year.

TROPHY Awards still took place successfully results are on Facebook pics below.

PHOTOS are up on CCCHT TV facebook page along with trophy winner captions see below link

https://www.facebook.com/profile.php...3&uploaded=248

Also if you have any suggestions for next years ride for charity suggestions, additions, deletions, or changes feel free to email me at cruisingclassiccars@gmail.com

One change I'd like to do if sponsorship and money allows is to two more Trophy categories. I think this was a nice added feature to an already nice event: Next year i was thinking of adding Best Cobra and Best Modern Muscle Awards.
Due to costs of the awards I had to scale it down. we will see for next year.

Thank you all again for CRUZIN with us.

Sincerely and Respectfully,

Gary
