Darren, i would ask around in the local Cobra community about this rant/claim. I think you will find that it does not hold true for the vast, vast majority of Cobra owners who have done business with Nick. IMO he is honest, true and performs his business operations with excellent craftsmanship and fair prices. But as you can see you do have a good selection of choices for your Cobra needs.
