Need Help in Milford, CT #2

I just purchased a rather expensive item in Milford and would really appreciate someone "verifying" it's existance before sending the money - it's an ebay thing.

ANYONE willing to poke-in on a garage and give the visual onceover (2 minutes) I'd owe a debt of gratitude! Will do same in Atlanta area for someone else!

Sorry for the double post but I wanted one on the local board as well!
