Spend some more time with Joe Lapine. If anyone can build a 'clean' FE 428 it would be Joe. ERA wouldn't recommend him if he didn't have a trick or two up his sleeve. He did my FE 427 last year (it would never pass the new regs) but I've beaten the '07 ruling. Not even a drop of oil has dripped from the beast. Keep us posted as to what he thinks can be done to get you through the emissions ordeal. Good luck.
