Are we saying that any big block car being produced by ERA or Backdraft for a Connecticut customer has no chance of passing emissions? Why are the BB engines more apt to flunk than are the SB cars? How far from 220 ppm HC and 1.3% CO are these engines? What are typical test values?

Regarding the SEMA bill, anyone aware of a State Senator or Representative , active, retired, out of office, that owns a Composite ?

Might be the place to start for sponsoring the Bill
