--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As some of you may or may not know of the passing of Warren Meyer (WTM442). I know he was always on this site so I just felt like someone should inform you of the sad news.

Warren T. Meyer, an avid car enthusiast, died suddenly Tuesday March 24 at his home in Squantum. He was 61 years old.

Born in Quincy and raised in Squantum, he was a graduate of North Quincy High School and Northeastern University. Mr. Meyer worked for The Foxboro Company as a systems engineer for special projects until his retirement in 2003. He enjoyed restoring cars, cooking and working in his garden.

Beloved son of the late Lawrence F. and Muriel O. (Erb) Meyer. Brother of Carole Wood of Vineyard Haven, Deborah fanning of Norton and Cheryl J. McCarthy of Pembroke. Warren is survived by eight nephews, two nieces, two great-nieces, a great-great-nephew and a great-great-niece.

Memorial visitation at Dolan Funeral Home, 460 Granite Avenue, MILTON, Tuesday March 31 beginning at 1:00 PM with a Memorial Service to be conducted by Rev. Michael S. Robertson of First Church of Squantum at 2:30 PM. Relatives and friends invited.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Warren’s memory may be made to American Heart Assn., 20 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701 or American Diabetes Assn., 330 Congress St., Boston, MA 02210.
