Yes, this is not looking so great for this weekend so far, I hope the weather report gets better as the week moves on! I am afraid it won't be much of a folige run with all the wind and rain we have had, but it will be a great ride and lots of fun anyway. I can deal with cold, but forget the rain. NO TOP...lol!
The only thing that is going to stop me from one last nice long ride will be an early snow storm and they salt and sand the roads.

ANYONE WANT TO PLAY HOOKY AND HAVE THE DRIVE ON THURSDAY 10/22?? IT WILL BE 68 DEGREES.

It is also projected to be clear Sunday but no Saturday...

Jury duty for me!
Are you changing the route as you said earlier or staying the same. I vote for the first plan:)
I am in for 2, Sat or Sunday

It's going to be tough to pull off on Saturday based on weather. I want to do the full route as well, that's why I was hoping to get 7 or 8 cars together for Thursday and do the full route.

I think with the rain for Sat and temps for Sun if we do have a larger group drive this weekend it will have to be shortened some. Really at the mercy of weather now...

I've noticed my tolerance for the conditions is a lot higher as a driver vs. a passenger, so trying to keep it enjoyable for left and right seats.

Tomorrow sounds tempting but can't do it. Let me know if Sunday (again weather permitting) looks possible. In-laws bail by 9:30am, I can be at the shop by 10am - Smiling!

how about the full ride and original route on sunday???

SJK2 10-21-2009 02:39 PM

If the weather plays nice, were in for 2 on sunday.

We can do Sunday.
