I have added some new designs to my products. I do custom work for clubs and events too. Prices are discounted for bulk orders. I am always looking for feed back.

Just the facts:

I ordered from cafeshops directly, not thru Brad.
They PROMISED me an order on a certain day, assured me it would arrive that day....I still insisted on paying extra for one day delivery so I would get the order earlier, give them a cushion to allow for any problems.
I double checked the next day...."Oh yes, you will get the order as/when promised". Was what I was told.
When I checked on the day I was suppose to get the order, they had not even started it.
After many phone calls on my part including telling them to cancel the order if I could not get it by the original day they first promised, they finally hand delivered it, as they only are 30 miles up the road from me.

The logos on the hats were "faded" did not look like the rest of the order.
And they NEVER refunded my original shipping fees or extra shipping fees I paid to give them a cushion to ensure I would get the order the day they said I would. (They had told me me they would reimburse me.)

Note: Mine was a several hundred dollar order.

I told Brad about this, he forwarded my email to the company, which I had already done.
