Grand Opening of SnakeBiteByKlayfish.com! Take a look! Join in!
Finally,
My website is up and running. It is still under construction, so put your hard hats on. The website is www.SnakeBiteByKlayfish.com
If you go to the Vendors' guide, you will see links to my products and another vendors as well. I currently have several t-shirts in production, including one to answer the famous question of "Is it Real?" Also have home made cookies and chicken wing maranade (to spill on those new t-shirts!) in the Miscelaneous section. New products will be coming as time goes in. If you have other product ideas, I'd love to hear it.
The site is designed with the small vendor in mind. We currently have one other vendor whos' site should show up soon also. We sincerly hope and invite other small vendors to take a look at what we have created and would like them to join us. I would love to have those of you who make parts for our Cobras, or other Cobra related items, but can't afford to take out a full ad on their own to join in and share the benefits of a full banner ad on these popular websites.
I would really like to take out a full banner ad here, but currently can't afford to. If I can get several other small vendors to sign up with me, we can share a vendor ad. If your're interested in joining in on my website and sharing ad space, please contact me. It is very cheap and should give great exposure...if it goes well, we can start advertising elsewhere too! C'mon small vendors...join us.
I invite everyone to take a look at the site and please give me your honest feedback. It is a work in progress and I really hope lots of people will join in.
We also have a small forum set up there, to discuss new products, items, ideas or whatever else is on your mind. Hopefully, I'll be able to use it as a base for the long hoped for Mid-Altantic area Cobra club of some kind.
Thanks, and I really look forward to your input.
Steve Klayman

Steve, that's a great idea to take inputs from the folks on the forum that have done the research and found the best parts for specific applications. Most of the product leads I've gotten where from people on this forum who had already done the research and sometimes after multiple attempts, found the best part/vendor. One example was the puller fan I needed form my Unique. I had looked at so many sources, but couldn't find one that was thin enough to clear obstructions. Chill turned me on to SPAL, which I may have never found myself. Great idea. Good luck!

Thanks Tony. That is definitely the idea. Besides obviously trying to sell the t-shirts and other things that I have come up with, I want to create a space where small vendors who would otherwise not be known can advertise their stuff and get exposure. So if someone needs a suspension part, or brake parts, or whatever, and are looking for vendors, they can find them on my site. It's hard for a small vendor to advertise, since their profit margins are small. I hope to market it with a slogan like "Made for Cobra lovers by Cobra lovers..." or something like that.

Looks like a great idea! The more the merrier - so, bring it on! Keep me posted on your progress.

pgermond,
Thanks. If you've got something you'd like to advertise, talk to me. The site does look a little bare right now, because I wanted to leave space in the hopes that I can really create an entire "village" of cottage Cobra parts suppliers. I'd like to have all kinds of parts on the site. So if you have something, or know someone who does, let me know.
Steve

Juan,
Go into the "vendors" section. You will see the link to my products, as well as the site's artist.
The site does look bare, as I'm hoping to fill it with other small vendors who want to help create a Cobra cottage of parts vendors. I know nothing about websites, so I'm at the mercy of my artist/creator. Trying to make changes to it now, but slow progress.
