Maurice,
Wow, for real? The rest of us better step it up a notch then.
SHELTER-DROP UPDATE:
Sorry guys, I've been out of pocket the last two days, down hard with this crazy flu going around. Felt like I was hit by a truck and drug along for a few miles. Starting to get my energy back now... I had to reach out for help to Justin today to do another site visit. Thanks to Justin again, he is the man! He is stepping in and helping me out so we don't miss our mark with the Shelter drop-offs. Please see the list on the earlier page/link.
We agreed its best to NOT WRAP the items you are bringing to the Shelter either, NO WRAPPING PLEASE. Justin recommended that we just go ahead and give "Rachele" (the coordinator) all of the items and she will decide what should should go to whom at the Shelter. If they are not wrapped this way she can see what we are giving her.
THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO IS HELPING and CONTRIBUTING.

Hey Dan / GT390FE,
Did you have any plans or ideas on where we can all go and stop at for a bit for a soda or something after the Shelter drop?

Either that Kirkham has a huge trunk, or Maurice has installed a trailer hitch

He really does exist. Can't wait to see your Red suit, black boots, and the big white beard then. You are my hero, Santa.

Duane I have two idea's for a drive after the Toy Run.
1. Make a run up the river - Garden HWY like we did last year. Could stop at Crawdads
2. Head up HWY50 to Placerville go into old town make a stop/Photo shoot with the cars/santa hat's. Could run up to poluck Pines and get some photos of the cars with snow in the back round
Will have to see what people are up for....
any other idea's out there
Dan

Dan,
The drive to Placerville sounds good if we can find a place to park in the garage. The right place to be with Santa Hats on.

I haven't counted, but I've got a dozen or two.
Wish I could go for the drive, but I have other obligations. Well that, and it wouldn't be so fun in my F350 .

Duane,
I stopped by the shelter today and spoke with Rachele. They are going to have the front parking lot cleared out for us. We can park there and the kids can come out and check out the cars.
I confirmed with her that we will just give her the gifts and she can distribute as needed.
See you all Saturday!

3rd Annual NorCal Cobras Toy Drive...Dec19th
My wife and I would like to attend your Toy Drive on the 19th, It sounds like a great time and a great event. It would also give us a chance to meet some new people. We have approx a dozen items we have picked up for this event from your list of their needs.
Looking forward to seeing you all,
Ray and Cynthia Ogden
