Ron,
A few more thoughts, after reading you replaced the seal twice, and what other variables exist. I did some checking around on some other forums about your problem. There are others with the exact same problem after replacing multiple seals. A few points from some other sites, quote...:
1. Bushing in the tail housing could be worn
2. Check the yoke and make sure it's not worn
3 Take a close look inside the yoke; make sure there isn't a small vent hole at the end of the yoke.
If there is a vent hole you can take some brake cleaner and clean the inside of the yoke and blow it dry with compressed air, then make a round template out of gasket material put some black silicone on one side and carefully slide the template with screwdriver all the way in until the silicone oozes out of the hole.
- Did the trans mechanic check the bushing in the rear tail housing or just replace the seal?
- Did anyone check the yoke on the driveline to make sure its not worn too much?
