Best DMV offices in Sacramento?

Hey dudes-
My car is running and driving, just got body and paint left before I get serious about registration. So I am wondering if anyone can recommend a DMV office in Sac that they have had good experience with as far as SPCN, and when the time comes SB100.

BTW, I have been driving my car around my neighborhood in go-kart form, what a blast!
