Default Does anyone recall this 289 Cobra?

Does anyone in the NorCal area remember a black/ red 289 Cobra from the Monterey area that used the blue CA tag "OCOBRA" maybe 20 years ago? I have bought a photo collage of the car, as well as one of its old plates, and would like to know who/what/ or anything anyone can tell me about it.

Thanks!

Could that have been previously owed by Sam Cardwell from Fresno, Ca? I believe his was an early car without vents.

No, this car is a rack-and-pinion 289 with vents and 6" chrome wires. The flares were rounded, as it had fat tires on it.

Default Does anyone know the whereabouts of CSX 3115

I am trying to find the 427 Cobra CSX 3115. I believe it is in North Carolina and may have the vanity plate "REAL 427". Any leads?

Interesting first post on an almost 10 year old thread.

Why do you ask?
