Don't think I will have the Cobra road ready by then. Blew the outer seal on the rear-end during the Bash and haven't been home long enough to fix it since.
Was hoping to make Cobra's to the Coast, but my daughter is in the soccer tournament in Fort Bragg that weekend.
There is always next month.

Hi All,
Is breakfast open to all or just club members? I didn't know you guys were local.
My car is still not back together yet, but I would like to stop by and say hi.

Wow. Quite a turnout for such a hot day. Great seeing everyone. Many of you asked about CH1 and status, so I'm not sure everyone was getting or seeing the emails I sent the last two weeks. We'll have a confirmation next week, by Friday, either way.

It was great seeing everyone again. Kinda been out of the loop for a while. And yes, it was hot going home. But remember the faster you go, the cooler you get (like a swamp cooler).

Great to see and talk with Cobra people again. I regretted not installing my soft top on the car for the ride home. Too stinking hot. I won't make that mistake again. -John

John, I'm actually quite surprised you don't have air conditioning. I think if I was planning on keeping mine much longer I would put it in........

I couldn't justify the car's weight increase for comfort payback with air. It would be 30-40 lbs. added to the car. My heater on the other hand only weights around 5 lbs. and really makes year round driving very comfortable. If I lived in Vegas it would be another story. The soft top is the cure for heat. You just need to remember to take it! -John
