Default September breakfast-something different

If anybody is interested in a breakfast meet on the 20th, my friend owns a restaurant/pub in Folsom and has offered to open just for us. We would have it and the parking lot to ourselves.

He will cook for us, nothing too fancy just eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, French toast and coffee. We could also bring in donuts if there was interest.

The name is Manderes and is located at:
402 East Bidwell
Folsom, CA
916/986-9655

Say 8:00 to 11:00?

If there is enough interest lets start a head count.

Buy the way he has 20 taps of fine crafted beers and about 150 bottles from all over the world, you won't find Bud or Coors here! Just for future reference.

Default Multiple options proposed...

jrjmac,

FYI: There is an alternate dinner-drive thread this month too, just so you are aware. Need a head count! Dinner drive!

It might be good for you to make a post on the other thread in case any of those folks see that one first, and they can choose between a dinner or a breakfast run. Just a thought. DC

Hi Danny,

Sorry, we have other plans for dinner (prior commitment), that's why I thought a breakfast might be a good option for people with other plans for dinner. We would be in for dinner otherwise, sounds like a great place for dinner and Cobras.

If there is not enough people this month at Manderes we can always re-schedule for next month. My friend and owner Brent, would love to host us anytime.

Looking forward to seeing everyone in Aptos for CH1 in a few weeks!

John

John,
Sounds good to me. Like you, we have prior commitments on Saturday night. But it would be great to meet for breakfast.

John & Cheryl, Good breakfast and good times after. It was nice to have the restaurant all to ourselves. You'll have to be the "Camp Director" again soon. tom

Breakfast was fun, and dinner was great! Hopefully ZL1 Cobra will post some pics of Wendells too. A full day of Cobras I say!

John and Cheryl,
thanks for setting up a great breakfast event, the weather could not have been better. Have a great time at the coast next weekend ...wish we were going to be there.
