I will be in Lake Tahoe on Sunday.

So far the car has run wonderfully, and no tickets. Just a couple close calls.

We are in Klamath Falls tonight with the threat of thunderstorms. Car is covered and we are hoping for the best. Hopefully we can make it to Virginia City tomorrow without getting wet. Should be okay, as the T-Storms are mostly in the afternoon.

Hope you guys have a great run, and I will be thinking of you.

Hey John,

So when you are on the road like now... What a great trip by the way!... how do you cover your baby for the night? You have to figure it is going to rain. I can't see having enough storage for a waterproof cover. Maybe the one I have is a cheapo as it is pretty bulky. Do you just go with the tonneau cover? Tahoe is my favorite lake!

Hello Ward,

I bought a WeatherShield car cover from Griots Garage.

So far I have not had to try it out in the rain. Last night the owner of the bed and breakfast pulled his car out so I could park in the garage. Won't be so lucky tonight in Virginia City, so it may get tested.

Well Jim, you can thank me for the nice weather. If I was still there, it would probably be in the 50's and raining.

Jake,

Sorry we missed your run today. I did manage to get in a 425 mile tour yesterday. It was a great ride, and very scenic. See attachment.
