The problem with keeping the current home is we truly hate it here. I don't know what I hate worse, the weather or the traffic. Regardless, the day I retire will be the last day we live here.
And in regard to buying another place somewhere else. We don't know where that will be. It will be somewhere with nice weather and on the west side of the Rockies. Don't want to put up with high humidity either.
So we will travel until we find the place we want to settle down at, and then buy a place there.
