Gun Doc, I did just notice that you mentioned being stationed at JBLM. Don't forget, I believe no matter how you register your vehicle, you do have to go through emissions testing to register/bring your vehicles on post. This could cause you a problem you may want to check out in advance with MP's. WA State and DOD regulations do not follow each other.
