Think I saw a polished Kirkham today on West valley road
Was going home from work today south bound on West Valley in Auburn and a polished aluminum cobra pulled up next to me. It had satin brushed stripes. Oh, and the drivers rear quarter behind the wheel looked like it got kissed pretty good by another vehicle. Almost got a tear in my eye. It sure sounded good.
Was it anyone here? Only polished car I have seen I think was Brent's.

I know who it belongs to. Got smacked yesterday by a less than aware driver. How you cannot see/hear a big block cobra is beyond me....

That would bum me out for a long while. As soon as I could, I'd ship it to Provo, UT. Get it out of my sight ASAP. |

Those were thin air numbers. Certainly could be more to ship as well

 Well,
From experience I can say that the boys from Provo can work wonders with some hammers and files.

 It'll be fine.

It does beg the question... How on earth can you possibly miss it?
Not trying to cast any dispersion, but any chance the driver accidentally tickled the pedal a tad too hard...? Reluctantly, just asking the question...? Either way, I hope all involved are safe and OK.

Best wishes for a speedy repair. |

As I understand, that was not the case. Negligence on the part of the driver who hit it, in traffic

That sure looks like it. The angle I was at it didn't look that bad but I was over a lane and driver was turning so I saw mostly the passenger side.
I would still drive it! Looks like a trip to Kirkham University to me. I so love that car.

Have you seen all the distracted drivers these days!? It's mind boggling... People cannot put down their ****ing phones.

Does not surprise me. I had a guy in a Dodge ¾ ton pickup pull out in front of me in Gig Harbor as I was coming up Soundview drive and purposely stop, diagonally in the road. I almost hit him. I say he did it on purpose, because when I pulled alongside of him at the light near Olympic and WA 16 he was laughing!! I was pissed to say the least! He quickly entered 16 East-bound as my wife tried to calm me down. There are plenty of jerks out there!! |
