Does not surprise me. I had a guy in a Dodge ¾ ton pickup pull out in front of me in Gig Harbor as I was coming up Soundview drive and purposely stop, diagonally in the road. I almost hit him. I say he did it on purpose, because when I pulled alongside of him at the light near Olympic and WA 16 he was laughing!! I was pissed to say the least! He quickly entered 16 East-bound as my wife tried to calm me down. There are plenty of jerks out there!!
