NWCC Ice Breaker
Our 2002 kick-off gathering at the Hook in Woodinville was a record breaker, in spite of the nasty weather. 36 Cobra enthusiasts showed up for the event where wwe enjoyed copious quantities of Redhook Hefeweizen and a nice lunch.
Thanks to all of the newer members who showed up to meet this great bunch of folks. We will look forward to another gathering where we can actually arrive in Cobra style...
Brent, Fred, Steve, Dennis, etc.. we missed you guys!!!
I'll try posting a couple pics... but no promises, as CC seems a bit under the weather lately for those special features.
Respectfully Submitted,
Zderf
(Nope... no pics today. Sorry bout that.)

Dam!
Darnit anyway..... I was all set to pickup the tab for the drinks!
Now I know what your thinking...... hey what about next time!
Would have liked to been there, too far to drive with ratty weather. Look forward to meeting everyone, maybe by then I will have the car and the weather will be more forgiving.

geez, If I would have known you were going to get the tab, I'd have gone to Portland.
Hmmmm...?? seems like a car dealer kind of a trick to me.
You missed a good time, see you at the next one,
Keith

Had fun
It was nice to put some faces to the posts here on the forum. I had a good time and so did my wife Jen. A little more work and I might get her excited about the possibility of buying a kit.

What a Crowd!
I thoroughly enjoyed meeting y'all on Saturday. Just sorry I was not able to meet everyone. Not sure about the rest of you, but I guess I thinking that only 12-15 people were gonna show. Definitely looking forward to round 2!!!!!!

David, did you mean you're not sure about the rest of us as people you'd like to be associated with (this is a common problem with NWCC) or about the crowd size?

yo Bishop
I finally got my car back from JCF yesterday. Walt's is now in Coos Bay. Hope it is back for Labor Day. I am going to spend the morning fitting it with the studded snow tires and wheels from my Exploder. Will need to do that just to get it from my work to my house.
My car looks good. New frontend (all fiberglass repaired and painted), new seatbelts, new 3.50 rearend, raised the rearend to get rid of the burnt rubber smell!!!, HEATER, just looking forward to June 5th.
See ya when the weather breaks,
Keith
