Default Cobra drive

Well guys,
I had the Cobra out today for the first time since fall. All seem to be well, new pan, timeing set right etc. Got lots of thunbs up. It was a little cold. I drove down to Gig Harbor to see Jim Durham, Jim was in town so I miss him. Jim is almost done with his Cobra build. Jim did all the work on his Cobra., a very, very nice Cobra. I am ready to rock and roll anytime, just let me know when and where.

Andy

Thanks for the kind words Andy. Sorry I missed the chance to freeze my azz off with you yesterday

Jim (the other one)

Maybe we should add a suffix to our names. What do you think race-it?

I have been down here in Kansas for the last week, and you have no idea what cold is. I can see why Dorothy left. If Toto was to keep his leg lifted to long it would freeze in place.

Andy

The car is still in Wa, I'm just down here for work. Some new plans have been made.
The house has sold with a move out date of Feb 29th. We will take our goodies minus car to Az. Brenda will stay and I will come back and head back to Ks. to finish the Job.
Retire on 1 May. Brenda will bring the Vette up from AZ and meet me in Reno for the Bash. We will then take the car over to Tom Lucas so he can install the Webers. Sometime in June I will pick up the car and we will stay in Wa until Oct. Thats when we will start doing the Winter/Summer thing. Once you are retired is any plan etched in stone. We still want to do a Rouge River trip this year.

Jim ( The other Jim)

Is your car going to be completed in time to join us for a few runs this season? Like Andy, I took mine out Tuesday and parked it over at Jim's (race it) shop so we can get the power steering installed. After siting for 3 months it started right up and purred the whole way over. I, on the other hand, like to froze.

I'll be ready for summer and plan on tagging along. These sunny days sure can be deceiving. Add a little wind chill and

See everyone this summer, The Other Jim
