I think that I will change me CR to pedel power. It won't go fast but what a workout.
Seroiusly though, should a Cobra with a 5+ liter engine that gets driven very low miles have to pay that fee? How about a new auto that costs $500.00 or more for registration and then you have to pay another $300 - $500 or more, that would suck. It's just the government trying to run our lives more than they are now.
