Needed anyone near Waterford, OH

Fellow CC members, I'm in need of someone located near Waterford,OH. I am buying a carb off of someone on Ebay that doesn't have a history and wants cashiers check and they are located at a PO box (I guess that may be common for smaller towns out there). If possible I would like to go through one of my fellow members (who I feel I can trust) to make this exchange and forward the carb.

MIKE,
mapquest says there are two Waterford's in Ohio.
One is Northeast of Columbus and one is Southeast.
Both about 130/150 miles from me.

I used MSN maps my mistake

(only showed one Waterford)

Anyway, I rechecked and it's the Waterford near Hwy's 339 & 60. close to Parkersburg. eastern Ohio Zip 45786.
