Ohio Registration
My SPF #1981 has shipped on 8/25 from SAfrica , and is due at Dynamic Motorsports they say in 4-6 weeks, with Eric @ performance Engineering building the 418 stroker and doing the final install
I understand that I need to take all bill of sale and parts list to the state patrol post /reclaimed vehicles div with the car for inspection whereafter they will issue a letter to be sent to the BMV for a vin # and registartion, and then back to the state patrol to have the VIN number plaques applied?
Question
what was your experience in this process/how long does it take/ what is the car registered as ? (a 65 Cobra ?), should I consider historical plates? when should I start the process, I live in Crawford county, so I don't think they are as busy as say Cleveland or Cincinnati? Help here pls, I want to drive it at least a little before its put away for the winter
Thanks for your input!
