Did the origionals have a special water pump with a specific area to mount the remote oil filter bracket? Or is there a mounting bracket taht matches the bolt pattern on the water pump?

There is a bracket that matches the bolt pattern with minor grinding if memory serves me correct. Check with sponsors on the site first as the might carry it but fairly certain they are easy to come by. I think Nick Acton makes them as well.
