Best guess is that the street engines came "dressed" from Ford and therefor would have "AUTOLITE" marked belts as were used for regular production. However the engine assembly manuals I have indicate that much of the engine dress was done at the assembly plant, i.e. power steering pump and bracket added, A/C comprsessor if so optioned. As the Cobra only had the water pump and alternator driven, it could be assumed that that was dressed at the engine plant. I can look up the FoMoCo part number and engineering number for a 427 with no acessories.

Marti Autoworks has reproduction Autolite belts but they are current style with original type markings.

I would assume that Shelby used a local source for the radiator hoses and they may be Ford or not. The "Atlas" belt you have is a 1960s aftermarket line that was commonly distributed in service stations (remember those?) and would not be OE.

from stories that are told about "production" as SA i would guess that many small items were locally sourced and not from the FoMoCo parts bins as one might assume.
